Your Privacy Rights
Under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA) and other applicable privacy laws, Utah residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold
- Correct inaccurate personal information in our records
- Delete personal information we have collected from or about you
- Opt out of the sale of your personal information (note: we do not sell personal information)
- Non-discrimination — you will not be denied services for exercising your privacy rights
What Information We Hold
As a local gutter service company, the personal information we typically hold includes:
- Name, phone number, and email address from estimate requests or service appointments
- Home address or property address for service scheduling
- Project notes and service history
- Website analytics data (anonymized IP address, browser type, pages visited)
We do not hold payment card numbers. Any payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors.
How to Submit a Request
To submit a privacy request, please contact us using one of the methods below. To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before fulfilling any access, correction, or deletion request.

What to Include in Your Request
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- Your full name
- Email address or phone number associated with your record
- The type of request (access, correction, deletion, or opt-out)
- Any specific information you're requesting or corrections needed
Response Timeline
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and fulfill it within 45 days of receipt. If additional time is needed, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for the delay. We will not charge a fee to process your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or unfounded.
Identity Verification
To protect against unauthorized requests, we will verify your identity before fulfilling requests to access, correct, or delete your information. Verification typically involves confirming your name, email address, and any details associated with prior service interactions. We will not fulfill requests we cannot verify.
Appeals
If we decline to act on your privacy request, we will inform you of the reason. You may appeal our decision by contacting us with "Privacy Request Appeal" in the subject line. If you remain unsatisfied after an appeal, you have the right to contact the Utah Attorney General's office regarding your privacy rights under Utah law.
