1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Immaculate Gutter Solutions website at immaculateguttersolutions.com or by engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website or services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Immaculate Gutter Solutions LLC provides residential and commercial gutter services including:

  • Seamless gutter installation (aluminum, copper, K-style)
  • Gutter repair, replacement, and leak sealing
  • Gutter cleaning and downspout flushing
  • Gutter protection systems (micro-mesh guards, extensions)
  • Soffit, fascia installation and repair

All services are subject to on-site assessment. We reserve the right to decline services at our discretion if site conditions present safety hazards or are outside the scope of our service area.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided based on an in-person, telephone, or photo assessment of your property. Estimates are non-binding and are subject to change if on-site conditions differ materially from what was assessed. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. We do not begin installation without your explicit approval of the final quote.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large projects, a deposit may be required prior to material ordering. Unpaid balances past 30 days may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection for unpaid invoices.

5. Warranties and Workmanship

We stand behind our work. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for one (1) year from the date of completion. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by severe weather events (hail, ice storms, high winds)
  • Damage caused by falling debris, trees, or impacts not related to our installation
  • Normal wear and aging of materials over time
  • Issues caused by improper maintenance or modifications by third parties

Material warranties (for aluminum, copper, or gutter guard products) are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a service fee. If weather or safety conditions prevent us from completing work, we will reschedule at no cost to you.

7. Property Access and Conditions

By scheduling a service, you grant us reasonable access to your property to perform the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for ensuring that access is clear and safe — including removing vehicles, securing pets, and disclosing any known hazards. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural conditions that were not disclosed and could not be identified during our assessment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Immaculate Gutter Solutions LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
