Estimates vs. Final Pricing
All estimates provided by Immaculate Gutter Solutions LLC — whether in person, by phone, or based on photos — are good-faith approximations based on the information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are not final quotes.
Final pricing is determined after an on-site inspection and may differ from the initial estimate if:
- The actual linear footage or scope of work differs from what was described
- Fascia board rot, structural damage, or underlying issues are discovered that require additional work
- Access conditions (roofline height, obstacles, terrain) require additional equipment or labor
- Customer requests changes to materials, profile, or color after the estimate is provided
- Material costs have changed since the estimate was issued
We do not begin work without your approval of the final quoted price.
Site and Property Conditions
Our ability to perform work safely and on schedule depends on site conditions at the time of the appointment. Work may be delayed or rescheduled due to:
- Unsafe roofline or ladder access caused by ice, snow, or heavy rain
- High winds that make ladder work dangerous
- Unmarked hazards on the property (buried utilities, unstable ground, unfenced drops)
- Locked or inaccessible gates, dogs on the property, or other access restrictions
We will contact you to reschedule if we cannot safely perform work on arrival. There is no charge for weather-related rescheduling.
Scope of Service
Our services cover the gutter system and directly related components (fascia, soffit, downspouts). We do not perform:
- Roofing repairs or shingle work
- Foundation waterproofing or drainage system installation beyond downspout extensions
- Interior water damage repairs
- General carpentry or painting beyond what is required for gutter installation
If we identify issues during our work that fall outside our scope (e.g., active roof leaks, structural deck damage), we will inform you and recommend qualified contractors.
Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions on your property that are not visible during our initial assessment or that were not disclosed to us. This includes but is not limited to hidden wood rot behind fascia boards, existing water damage inside walls or attic spaces, and improperly installed prior work by other contractors.
If pre-existing conditions are discovered during installation that require additional scope, we will stop work and consult with you before proceeding.
Weather and Environmental Factors
Gutter systems are designed to manage typical water runoff from rooflines. They are not engineered to handle all possible weather scenarios. In the Wasatch Front climate, the following conditions are outside normal design parameters and may affect performance:
- Extreme ice dam formation during prolonged below-freezing temperatures
- Heavy hailstorms that dent or damage aluminum panels
- Falling tree limbs or debris that deform gutters or downspouts
- Heavy cottonwood or leaf debris accumulation that blocks systems not equipped with guards
Damage from these events is not covered under our workmanship warranty. We recommend discussing gutter protection options (micro-mesh guards, extensions) that can reduce the impact of these factors.
Color and Material Appearance
Colors shown on our website or in physical samples may differ slightly from the installed product due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, and batch variation in aluminum coil stock. We make every effort to match selected colors accurately. If color accuracy is critical, we recommend reviewing a physical sample in daylight before installation.
Copper gutters will develop a natural patina over time. This patina is a characteristic of the material and is not a defect. The rate of patina development depends on climate, sun exposure, and proximity to other metals.
